Emma's input this year has fast-tracked the development of skills across the whole leadership team, enabling us to identify our strategic aims and maintain focus on our shared vision. The Sprint process has supported rapid improvement in performance and provided a framework for leaders to monitor progress, hold others to account and challenge as necessary in a time-efficient manner. We now plan to introduce this model with our middle leaders and subject leaders to continue to drive improvements at all levels in the organisation.
I would just like to personally thank you for all that you done and the support you have provided whilst supporting us with CPD. It has been great to have had your input on so many aspects which have helped our school develop over time.
"Pupils with SEND have their needs accurately identified. The school provides the precise support that these pupils need. The school has developed an internal resource provision for pupils who require a more individualised approach to meet their high levels of need. Pupils in ‘The Nest’ receive bespoke support from staff who have the expertise necessary to meet these pupils’ needs. Pupils in this provision thrive."
Ofsted April 2025
I recently had the pleasure of working with Emma, an outstanding education consultant, who played a key role in helping me secure my first Headteacher position starting this September. Emma's visit to our school was transformative; she spent a day with me and my business manager, bringing her extensive knowledge of Headship and school leadership to the table. Through her insightful coaching questions, she opened my eyes to new perspectives and considerations I hadn't previously thought of. Her wealth of knowledge and resources, which she generously shared, left me brimming with ideas for my first year.
Emma's guidance was instrumental in developing a staffing structure tailored to our school's needs, especially in defining roles and responsibilities within the senior leadership team. I'm excited to have her back in September to work with the SLT on our school development plan and to introduce the concept of "sprint planning." Additionally, we will be reviewing subject leadership to maximize our subject leaders' potential. Emma's support has been invaluable in helping a new Headteacher like myself grasp the strategic oversight needed for effective operational management of the school.
I wholeheartedly recommend Emma's consultancy services and am excited to work with her again in the near future!
Emma was a tremendous support during the 2-day review. When developments were identified they were not only shared in a constructive manner, but useful guidance and support was offered too - sharing great up to date practise. Staff and leaders benefited from the wealth of experience Emma had to offer.
Emma has a wealth of knowledge about the education sector. Her expertise, engaging teaching styles and commitment to sharing her knowledge to better our workforce has made her an invaluable asset to our company. Emma is always willing to go the extra mile and provides her support in any way she can without hesitation. Emma has contributed greatly to our learning and development department and I look forward to continuing our partnership.
I have known Emma for 15 years. In that time I have learned from first-hand experience that she brings a depth of knowledge alongside integrity and pragmatism... a powerful combination. Emma goes out of her way to understand precisely what it is that colleagues are aiming to achieve and consistently exceeds expectations. Her work and delivery are high-quality and personalised. I would strongly recommend Emma to support you if you are serious about continual reflection and improvement.
I worked with Emma on a complex technology implementation project with a lot of moving parts. Emma focused relentlessly on what would work best for learners and for staff and ensured that solutions met their needs rather than being forced to accept what was easy. She has amazing attention to detail and is inclusive in her approach so that even though some conversations were tough, it was always in the spirit of collaborating to get the best outcomes. She kept me accountable but it always felt like we were in the same side.
Emma's work has provided a professional journey of challenge for our History and Geography curriculum leaders, developing their ability to be critical and analytical in their thinking, gain a deeper knowledge of the subject's current position, a detailed understanding of strengths and the specific knowledge and skills to move the subject forward.
They have gained demonstrable confidence to bring staff along with them as a result of Emma's relatable and incredibly supportive approach
I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Emma was very down-to-earth and offered lots of useful and practical advice. She understands what it is like in the real world of teaching!
I found it very positive and uplifting. Not often you get to challenge yourself philosophically this close to start of the new school year.
I would just like to say how interesting Emma's talk was last Tuesday. It really made me think about how to work with some children that have certain needs and what to do best. I picked up some useful tips to use in the new school year.
An excellent course from an experienced teacher/headteacher who has personally dealt with the issues and problems that are extremely relevant today.

Can’t thank you enough Emma and for all of your time on Monday. We really appreciate all of the support you have provided us with and we’re very excited to work with you again in the future.
(July 2023)
I have worked with Emma since January 2019 and value the support she is able to give me as a school leader. Her insight and knowledge have been integral to shifting the culture at my previous school. Her evidence informed approach, and significant experience, brought about significant change in a challenging environment. She worked closely with leaders to audit and identify strengths and weaknesses and create a shared vision. Her legacy is still apparent to this day, where are all members of the school community are able to clearly articulate the school’s shared vision and values.
Emma supports staff to know and understand pupil behaviour and see this as a way of communication. In this way, staff are better equipped to support pupil’s needs and enable them to flourish. Her meticulous approach to school improvement ensures that no child is left behind. Her knowledge of current legislation and policies enable school leaders to be fully compliant in their roles. Emma works with teaching staff to ask questions, interrogate data and provide structure to ensure rapid progress. This rigour and accuracy of self-evaluation leads to rapid and sustained progress which is evident in school results.
Emma has supported Subject Leaders to know and understand the complexities of delivering the National Curriculum. With strong knowledge and understanding of subject integrity, she is able to use her curriculum forum model to support subject leaders. The curriculum is bespoke to the needs of the pupils and the context of the school. Subject leaders are empowered to identify what skills and knowledge their pupils will need in order to become successful as they progress through life.
As a new headteacher, Emma offers me insightful challenge and support. Her clear focus on driving standards is evident in all conversations, keeping the children at the heart of everything we do. I look forward to continuing to work with Emma in my new role.
